Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InverseAI Podcast, operated by Inverse.AI LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. Use of services

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by these terms. Only upload audio you have the right to upload. The free plan carries daily limits; please do not attempt to work around them, for example by creating multiple accounts to obtain more free processing.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

4. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the results. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to store, decode and process your file in order to give you the output you asked for, and that permission ends when the file does. We claim no ownership of your recordings and do not train models on them.

The software, branding and materials that make up InverseAI Podcast are the property of Inverse.AI LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing or making derivative works of them requires our explicit permission.

5. Retention — please read this one

Processed audio is deleted automatically 7 days after it is created. This is a processing tool, not storage and not a backup. Download anything you want to keep. We cannot recover a file once the retention window has passed.

6. Refund policy

All payments for our services are processed securely through our payment provider. You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your order. To request a refund, please contact Inverse.AI LLC at support@inverseai.com. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase may not be eligible.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Limitation of liability

Audio enhancement is a judgement made by a model, not a deterministic repair — how much a recording improves depends on the recording. The service is provided on an as-is basis and we do not warrant that any file will reach any particular quality.

InverseAI Podcast, operated by Inverse.AI LLC, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
