Terms of service

The short version

• Your recordings stay yours. We claim no rights over them.
• Only upload audio you have the right to upload.
• Files are deleted after 24 hours — download anything you want to keep.
• The free plan has daily limits. Do not try to work around them.
• We provide the service as-is and cannot promise a specific result.

Your content

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the results. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to store, decode and process your file in order to give you the output you asked for. That permission ends when the file does.

Retention — please read this one

Processed audio is deleted automatically 24 hours after it is created. This is a processing tool, not storage and not a backup. Download anything you want to keep. We cannot recover a file once the retention window has passed.

No guaranteed result

Audio enhancement is a judgement made by a model, not a deterministic repair. How much a given recording improves depends on the recording. We provide the service on an as-is basis and do not warrant that any file will reach any particular quality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Inverse.AI LLC is established. [To be confirmed by counsel before launch.]
