When does my daily allowance reset?
It is a rolling 24 hours, not a midnight reset. Audio you processed frees up again 24 hours after you processed it.
How does Premium billing work?
$9.99 per month, or $59 per year (about 51% less than paying monthly for a year), until you cancel. It raises the limits to up to 5 hours per file, 10 hours of audio per day, and fair use of 100 hours per 30 days. Cancel from your account page; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Is Premium unlimited?
No, but it is generous. Premium: up to 5 hours per file, 10 hours a day, fair use 100 hours per 30 days. The fair-use ceiling keeps processing fast for everyone; almost nobody reaches it.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Without an account you get 3 files up to 3 minutes each, 6 minutes in total, with no sign-up. A free account raises that to 30 minutes per file and 60 minutes of audio per day.
Do I need a card for the free account?
No. Just an email and a password.
Is my audio private on every plan?
Yes. It is never used to train models, and files are deleted 7 days after processing.
