Write to support@inverseai.com — one address for everything: something not working, a file that failed, a question about your plan, an invoice or a refund, or a request for a copy of your data.

If you are writing about a specific file, telling us roughly when you uploaded it and what it was called helps us find it — though note that recordings and their results are deleted automatically after 7 days, so please get in touch while it is still there.

Privacy and data requests

Requests for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account go to the same address. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Reporting a security issue

Send security reports to support@inverseai.com with enough detail to reproduce the problem, and mark the subject line so it is not treated as a routine ticket. Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publishing it, and do not access or download other people's recordings while investigating.
